Anna Godinho, a young entrepreneur with a life-long passion for baking, officially launched Wholesome Bakes at The Allergy Fair in Kensington Olympia on 3 July 2015 to a rapturous reception.

Wholesome Bakes has put the glamour back into allergy friendly food with cakes that look beautiful and "taste insanely delicious" said the Food and Dessert Blog.

This is great news for the millions of British people who are intolerant or allergic to gluten, dairy or nuts and their friends and families who will now be able to share the same delicious cake.

Wholesome Bakes provides a welcome solution to caterers and cafes who are struggling to meet their customers' growing demand for delicious and attractive gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free cakes. Everybody can enjoy a Wholesome Bake.

Wholesome Bakes' healthy fruit based cupcakes and mini cupcakes include Blueberry Blast, Raspberry Ripple, Luscious Lemon, Zesty Orange and Apple & Spice and a more decadent range that includes Triple Chocolate, Chocolate & Orange Candy and Espresso which is topped with Arabica beans for a real pick me up. Wholesome Bakes skinny mini loaves, especially Lemon Drizzle and Jamaican Ginger, are popular additions to the lunch boxes of children and adults.

About Anna

Anna Godinho has always grown up around delicious baked goods in her home. Natural ingredients have always been part of the tradition of baking in her family. Cakes made by her mum and granny have marked every moment of joy in the lives of their family and friends.

When anyone would pop over, whether they had food allergies or not, Anna would simply create a delicious cake that was shared and enjoyed by everybody.

After graduating from Grenoble Graduate School of baking and Wholesome Bakes was born.
