Pugs Might Fly

Described by TV presenter Jonathan Ross as ‘awesome’, Pugs Might Fly is a cool new range of flying pug wall hangings modelled on the iconic flying ducks of the 60s and 70s - and inspired by a real life pug called Mutley.

The pugs featured in the Sunday Times Style Magazine as a must have item! They have also featured in Fabulous Magazine, Editor’s pick of the week in Stylist Magazine and Cosmo called them A-mazing!!

Presenter, fashionsesta and pug lover Brix Smith-Start describes the winged pugs as “Perfect.”

Pugs Might Fly is the brainchild of Margaret Meenaghan, a TV producer from North West London who always wanted a pug - and finally became the proud owner of Mutley in 2010.
Margaret explains: “I’d wanted a pug for years - I loved their squashed faces and slightly overweight but promising-to-diet-next-week look.”
Margaret sent one of the first sets of flying pugs to celebrity pug-owner Jonathan Ross at Christmas - and he was so impressed he tweeted a picture of them after he put them up in his office, describing them as ‘awesome’.

Pop pin-up and fellow pug-owner Frankie Sandford, from all girl pop group The Saturdays is another confirmed fan, and says she wants to buy the lot.
The full flying pug range is now available online at, in black, silver, white and pink, priced at £69.00. Plus fawn pugs for £89.

The Pugs have expanded quickly, and we now do flying pug fairy lights in pink and clear, a range of 16 cushions, flying pug soaps, also a special love heart soap called For Christmas special little flying pug baubles in gold, silver, pink and copper.

Our aim, flying pug worldwide domination!
