ArtForm: CityShowcase Act/Composer

Mullally is a hugely talented recording soul artist hailing from serene Norfolk. He began his musical venture from the age of just 16, where he played the guitar, wrote and recorded music as part of a band with his 3 best friends till the age of 18 before going solo.

The youngster is inspired by soulful and prominent legends; from the ethereal sounds of soul singers Marvin Gaye and Van Morrison to the more recent sounds of the late Amy Winehouse and Paolo Nutini. These are just a few of the idols he would listen to for some inspiration before he hits the studio.

Mullally studied Artist Development at the prestigious Access to Music college which is also the alma mater to stars including Rita Ora and Ivor Novello award-winning Ed Sheeran. Now 19, Mullally is geared with a lot more backbone and knows where he stands musically. Mullally’s sound could be described as a rich blend of soul with new edgy pop. His ability to show various elements to himself and his music is what makes him a special artist.

The singer/songwriter is packed with mature vocals that far belie his young years, painting vivid pictures in the minds of his listeners. For a young man of his age, Mullally has a mature outlook on his life and his career and he makes it clear that whilst fame and money are often tied with music, spreading his music is far more important. Music is what he thrives on

The young prodigy has already had the privilege of working with some of the most revered and successful producers within the UK music industry, on his forthcoming releases. He has caused furore on social media and has generated hundred of thousands of plays on streaming platforms like YouTube, Spotify and Apple Music
